“ Great customer service at Smashburger in Manassas. This location was very, very clean. Very, very respected, respectable customer service. Well, mannered friendly atmosphere. I was served by Daniel, uh, great communication skills. I'd definitely love to see this atmosphere in a eating setting. ”

“ | A Hidden Spot with Room to Improve Finding Nash & Smashed was an adventure on its own. The biggest challenge? There’s no visible sign for it outside — just “Spicy Village,” which makes it confusing. We actually drove by the night before, stood outside the building, and left because we couldn’t tell if we were in the right place. The next day, we had to call and double-check before realizing that yes, this was indeed the spot. Once inside, it’s a unique setup — a kind of shared kitchen space housing multiple brands under one roof, including Peri Peri and Nash & Smashed. I haven’t tried Peri Peri yet, but it’s on my list. I came for the smash burger, since I’ve been trying to find a solid spot near Loudoun County. Sadly, the burger didn’t quite hit the mark for me — it was just okay. That said, the menu variety and fair pricing make this a good casual option, especially for families or groups who want different things. But still have to check because there is some dishes on the menu is not available. With a few improvements — clearer signage and a bit more flavor punch — this place could stand out a lot more. ”
“ I tried smash burger for the first time. The service could’ve been a little better. The food was good. Pictured: Lettuce wrapped double bacon stack smash, sweet potato waffle fries, water and cookies and cream shake. ”
“ Went there with my daughter, walked in, went to the register to order our food, and stood there for a few minutes before the cashier came to the counter during that time another couple came in from the side door and took them first. I think that is poor customer service. The food was good. The onions were very greasy. The burger was good. Bacon was overcooked on the burger. The food is pricey. ”
